L.B.T Workout – Mondays 6.30-7.30pm

This class is suitable for Beginners and more advanced participants. Simple routines which are fun and raise the heart rate and help increase the metabolic rate. Toning exercises to help maintain and increase muscle mass finishing with stretch. We also spend special attention to the pelvic floor. This class is friendly and good fun where people can socialise and meet like minded new friends. At various times throughout the year lunches and evenings are organised and everybody is invited.
